Remote Device Support - via Safous Agent​

Remote Assistance enables secure, real-time support connections between administrators and end-user devices. Users can initiate support requests directly through Safous Agent, while administrators maintain full control over access permissions and approval workflows. Complete audit trails ensure transparency and accountability for all remote support sessions.

Secure Web Gateway​

Safous Agent provides on-device Secure Web Gateway protection, safeguarding users from malicious web traffic regardless of their network connection status. This ensures consistent security coverage whether users are connected to corporate networks or working remotely.

SSH Access Management​

Comprehensive SSH Command Control allows administrators to configure application-level SSH access, define granular command policies with allow/block lists, and enforce restrictions through automated action policies. The platform manages the complete SSH control lifecycle including installation, verification, and removal based on configured policies.

Streamlined Application Management​

The Simple Application Creation Flow reduces application setup to just a few clicks while preserving advanced configuration options for experienced administrators who need granular control.

Intelligent Version Management​

Auto Upgrade/Downgrade functionality ensures Safous Agent automatically adjusts to match tenant-compatible versions when mismatches are detected. For optimal performance across multiple tenants, maintaining consistent versions prevents frequent automatic updates.

Proxy Integration​

Forward Proxy Integration seamlessly passes user IP addresses and geographic location data to downstream proxy services, enabling enhanced routing and security policies.

Updates​

  • Supervised users now also require MFA when users login to User Portal.
