Important

ZTA service is already discontinued. Therefore, the current version is the final version and it will become the end of support in the near future.

About version

App Gateway's version is the following.

A.B.C-X

• A: Major version
• B: Minor version
• C-X: Hotfix version

E.g.

• 6.24.13-2.6.1
• 5.4.22-2.4.0

Standard EOS Rules

Major version

• When a new major version is released, the support period for the previous major version becomes 6 months.
  • E.g.
    • 6.x is released in May 2025.
    • 5.x will become end of support in Oct 2025.

Minor version

• When a new minor version is released, the support period for the previous minor version becomes 6 months.
  • E.g.
    • 6.24.x is released in Jan 2026.
    • 6.12.x will become end of support in Jun 2026.
• However, when a new major version is released, in this case
  • Only the latest of minor version is supported.
  • Other minor versions are end of support.
  • E.g.
    • 7.x is released in Apr 2026.
    • 6.32.x(6.x) will become end of support in Sep 2026.
    • 6.24.x and 6.12.x are end of support.

Hotfix version

• Only the latest version of the hotfix is supported.

Special EOS cases

In special cases, EOS is specified individually. Additionally, in special cases, Safous will announce the details.

• When a new version is released, but it's necessary to upgrade by manually.
• When the service is discontinued and the released version is the final version.
  • ZTA service is already discontinued. So, the current version is the final version.
