Change Language in User Portal

The Safous user portal offers language options to ensure accessibility and user-friendliness. This allows user to switch between languages with ease, enhancing their overall experience of using Safous.

How-to

1. Log in to the user portal. For more details on how to login, you can refer to this article.

2. In the top right corner, click button with country flag to change the language.

   

3. Currently, user portal offers five language options

   • EN - English
   • JP - Japanese
   • CN - Chinese
   • VN - Vietnamese
   • Uz - Uzbekistan

   

4. After changing the language, all menus in the user portal will automatically switch to your selected language. Below is an example of changing the language to Chinese

   

5. Your language settings will be saved in your internet browser session. Every time you open user portal URL, your chosen language will be set to the previous settings.
