Grant Access to Recording Data

This article serves to guide you on how to grant users access to recording data

1. Navigate to Settings > ZTNA > Accounts > Users

2. Click the plus sign (+) next to the user to whom you want to assign recording permissions. This will expand the information for that specific user.
   

3. Click the "Grant access to Recording data" toggle button; green indicates that the user has been granted access.

   

4. The user can now log in to the user portal and verify if the recording tab is present, as shown in the screenshot below.
